Celebrate valentines with the opening of the project SMS Love – an interactive digital performance taking place in public space and on the internet with messages of love. At the opening the performance artist Gül Kozacioglu will talk about her work in Istanbul and Copenhagen. Afterwards, you can hang out and have a Budweiser.
In the performance, a telephone number is spread through various mediums, inviting people to send messages of love to the world. The contents of the received messages are matched with a related dance in which a ‘Love Dictator’ dances for free expression and against the hidden presence of censorship in the public space.
