2-4 September: Barometer Concerts

Royal Playhouse, Portscenen Show map

19:00-23:00 // free entrance

Det elektriske barometerThe radio program called ‘The Electric Barometer’ will be hosting three nights and inviting some of the favorite bands of the program – in total six concerts.

The radio program is a hit list of new underground music and is a really good indicator for where the wind is blowing on the alternative scene. Besides this, listeners write letters about their experiences, pleasures and sorrows that the hosts read during the broadcast.

This program meant a lot to me when I was in my teens and was part of forming my musical identity, I remember those dark Sunday evenings with blowing candles. I guess lots of young people is still inspired by it.

The concerts will start at 19:00 and 21:00 with with these promising names followed by DJs:

Thursday: Taxi Taxi, The Kissaway Trail
Friday: Chimes & Bells, Sterling
Saturday: Mouritz / Hørslev, Oh No Ono
